Super fun place to ring in the new year! I was worried we might not make it in time - there was a long line outside but it moved fast and we were inside before 1130 pm so we had just enough time to get a drink (bubbles and guinness) and sing/dance along with the live music. They played some awesome songs leading up to the countdown. There was a $20 cover for the party. Didn't see a sign for it so kind of came as a surprise once we got ID'd but considering it was NYE, damage could've been a lot worse!

Very good Guinness pour Food always excellent Staff every visit are all always excellent, all beating professional Dressed on top of their game I had my usual scotch egg and excellent I ordered the Guinness beef stew ...wow! Huge portion and outstanding by my Irish upbringing. Abundance of tender meat perfectly cutting with a spoon and no knife needed. Guinness flavors in Stew gravy, vegetables, flavors rich and again all excellent Nice vibes of this establishment as demonstrated well owned, managed , staffed, chef, kitchen, waitstaff All good ... consistently good. Comfortable environment to sit, eat , converse, listen to music, meetings, all good. Many nooks and crannies to hang out in or quiet spots for family, friends or significant others . Or enjoy the joviality of the different bars within this same establishment. My only issue was restroom all prior visits always neat and tidy. The restroom this visit needed tidying up or at least checked on hourly especially when busy. One urinal was out of commission, towels on floor ? Maybe an exit basket as germ phobic people now don't like touching door handles . The soap and dispensers should be non touch types now adays... I don't want touching germs potential on door handle when I am going back to seat to eat and handle a sandwich ... Floor was visibly nasty ... I've used restrooms in mineral mines , steel mill factories , and worse ; so I am not a dainty type. Maybe just an off night as always in past never a mention by me. Always a 5 star review by me here based on full experience.

This is a genuinely amazing spot. From the outside I thought it looked like any sort of Irish-themed chain place, and was not expecting much. But better than expected in every regard! Start with the Irish Coffee. An absolute must get, maybe the best I've ever had (sorry Buena Vista). They use Tullamore Irish whiskey and turbinado sugar, and it's so smooth and delicious. We went twice on a trip to Boston, and both times had excellent friendly service. I had a braised beef hash for brunch and it was without a doubt the best hash I've ever tasted. Highly recommended! We went early in the day both times, so I don't know about the evenings. But it was not crowded, super nice inside and again the people were terrific. Would definitely go back!!

We booked this in Dec . It was difficult to get reservations for most places on a Sat night. Food: we started with some pigs in a blanket and with the mustard they were exceptional. For our entrées, I had the Guinness beef pie and my husband had the curry chicken. Both were extraordinary. Presentation awesome and taste was perfectly seasoned. Great comfort food. We finished off with a cappuccino that was quite nice. Service: we had a wonderful waiter who had just come over from Ireland a few months earlier. The service was excellent. Ambience : here's where out of personal preference you could give or take away a star. The place is vibrant and lively. Packed and the bar is rowdy very much like an Irish pub which it is. So if you're looking for a quieter dinner, this is not the place. In fact, my watch gave a notification that we were in a high noise environment. It is loud. But then again it is a pub. But after being there an hour, I was ready for some quiet.

My brothers and I visited Boston and saw great reviews for the place. The reviews did not disappoint! We loved everything we ordered. Although the kitchen lost our food order, the server quickly rectified it by getting us a round of free drinks and some extra appetizers. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but several servers had Irish accents!

We made a reservation for dinner last minute and I am so glad we did. The food was incredible, absolutely delicious. The fish from the fish and chips was fresh and full of flavor. I loved my salad and the falafel balls were cooked perfectly. Our waiter was very fast and provided quick service. My only complaint about this place is how crowded it gets with people who come in for drinks and stand. They had a separate dinning area but our table top table was in the busiest room and I could barely talk to my husband so I was a little annoyed with that. We will definitely be back maybe a little earlier because the food was that good.

Pretty good bar, one of the best near government center. I usually come here for the cheap Carlsburg beers. I think about 8$? They are usually cold and always delicious. Best deal around this area. They also have Suncruiser ice teas which I really enjoy drinking. But for 10$ a can you can easily rack up a big bill. One thing I enjoy about Dubliner is 95% of the employees are Irish, or at least put on a good accent. They are friendly of course too Lunch is also good here. The fish and chips is one of the better I've had in the city, burger hits the spot as well. I often get the fish bites cuz they're a good deal and not too much food. They have some fun Irish classics like scotch eggs, Shepards pie and sausage rolls. All good food. It's a good spot for a sit down lunch downtown. For the area the prices are fair. I've heard the nightlife here is pretty popping too, gotta come on a weekend and see how it is.

We found the dubliner by accident. We were with a group of nine and looking for a place to eat and another bar requested us to stop in here. We were not disappointed. Although the restaurant was very busy, they found two tables next to each other to seat our group. The servers were very attentive and everyone enjoyed the food that they ordered. I ordered the burger and it came out perfectly. There were plenty of options on the menu along with gluten-free choices for one of our group.

A great Irish pub with good food We tried the smoked salmon from the appetizer menu and the lamb Shepards pie. Both very good and large portions ! (Glad we were sitting in a quiet area - this place gets loud !) Adding some pics from a second stop also

When you're married to a Kennedy, you'll end up some night at an Irish place and this trip.... The Dubliner fit the bill. You walk in and immediately feel you're in Dublin. Every voice, every server and yes the Guinness pour is perfect. Started with Irish pigs in a blanket and Scotch eggs (fave) and split the Guinness beef stew. Just the right amount and great. So, great Irish atmosphere, fantastic service and true Irish food. 3 for 3!
